The ‘Windows Phone fangirls’ rap video….a DISASTER!! LoL!!!

I was surfing the net as usual and stumbled across a rather petrifying YouTube video…so the rest is as follows;

I hate to subject you to this. But there comes a time in which a train wreck is impossible to not stare at. And I have a locomotive collision for you.

It’s no secret that I find Windows Phone and iOS and Andriod (especially Android :p) to be, far and away, the best mobile platforms. Even though I hold that view, I have some damn dignity about myself, at least enough that I’m not going to rhapsodise my love of the three smartphone lines in song.

You see where this is going. A collection of women, the self-described ‘Windows Phone fangirls’ have put together a ‘rap’ ‘video’ about Windows Phone. It is every bit as horrifying as you might anticipate. Start the clock, now that the video is picking up traction, it is only a matter of time until it is taken down. Also, to whoever wrote the lyrics, please stop, PLEASEEEEE!!!!!.

Sleek on the outside…windows on d inside….Mstchewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!

As the title says, we hope that this is either self-effacing parody, or some odd shot at astroturfing. Sound off in the comments, what do you think?

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword finds itself in an unenviable predicament. In the 25 years since its inception, the franchise has picked up a few bad habits. Chief among these are a predictable structure and fetch quests that force you to trudge through hours of ho-hum content before you reach the good parts.

However, changing these aspects would require a complete overhaul of the tried-and-true formula, and it could ruffle the feathers of those who seek familiarity. What’s a gamemaker to do? In the case of Skyward Sword, Nintendo has kept the elements that have hung like an acidic cloud over past iterations while crafting a new control system to keep it from feeling like the same old game.

Unfortunately, the combination is not successful. Inconsistent controls continually torment poor Link, and the predictable structure does little to distract you from these faults. Thankfully, other staples, such as exquisite dungeon design and enticing collectibles, are also present, and the clever storytelling keeps you invested. Ultimately, Skyward Sword commits many of the same mistakes that its predecessors have made, but it still provides enough engrossing content to keep you hooked.

Beef and Broccoli

One of ma favourites from Immortal Technique….Enjoy and try not to laugh as hard as I did!  :D

look, let me make something abundantly clear for people that are so bereft of activities they feel like they gotta comment on mine. First of all being a vegetarian should never be associated with being a revolutionary or being open-minded. That’s a dietary choice.

If someone wants to proliferate the type of ignorance we’re supposed to be fighting by thinking that, you’re just fucking yourself. I don’t go around promoting beef and pultry shoving it in people’s faces.

I don’t castigate people for not eating steak sandwiches; and i would never diss someone for being a fucking broccoli-head, or living off of radishes, or eating grass or tofu. I like a lot of vegan cuisine. But the illogicality of expecting everyone to adopt their particular idea of what being healthy is is just preposterous.

Beef & Broccoli

I’ve seen some of you herbivores, and if you want to argue health, y’all need to eat some kind of supplement
because some of y’all are so skinny that it’s disgusting; looking like the only hip-hop motherfuckers on schindler’s list.

Being a malnutrition-ass got nothing to do with being revolutionary or being on-point. I’ll be damned if i let somebody else push their agenda on me. you know i don’t eat pork, not because i’m a muslim, I just don’t really like it, but i really will fuck a bird up. and fish is good when that shit is fresh. it’s like my [the-n-word] Vast Aire from Can Ox said. if you don’t like the smell of burning meat, well then get the fuck off the planet. you know i don’t criticize people for eating moss, then don’t open your fucking mouth about my food, man. I like beef and broccoli motherfucker. Mind your goddamn business. matter of fact…you know what? I’m out

The Poverty Of Philosophy

Quite an intriguing read this is! Deep if you ask me! I provokes the mind to think about certain things as regards to ‘Life’. Tried my best to censor it for y’all.

The Revolution will not be televised

Most of my Latino and black people who are struggling to get food, clothes and shelter in the hood are so concerned with that, that philosophising about freedom and socialist democracy is usually unfortunately beyond their rationale. They don’t realize that America can’t exist without separating them from their identity, because if we had some sense of who we really are, there’s no way in hell we’d allow this country to push it’s genocidal consensus on our homelands. This ignorance exists, but it can be destroyed.

We [the-n-word] talk about change and working within the system to achieve that. The problem with always being a conformist is that when you try to change the system from within, it’s not you who changes the system; it’s the system that will eventually change you. There is usually nothing wrong with compromise in a situation, but compromising yourself in a situation is another story completely, and I have seen this happen long enough in the few years that I’ve been alive to know that it’s a serious problem. Latino America is a huge colony of countries whose presidents are cowards in the face of economic imperialism. You see, third world countries are rich places, abundant in resources, and many of these countries have the capacity to feed their starving people and the children we always see digging for food in trash on commercials. But plutocracies, in other words a government run by the rich such as this one and traditionally oppressive European states, force the third world into buying overpriced, unnecessary goods while exporting huge portions of their natural resources.

6th Grade iPhone App Developer

Thomas Suarez is in the 6th grade at a middle school in the South Bay. And while most of his peers are probably fussing over new soccer kleets or watching the Disney channel, he’s creating iOS apps and giving TED Talks.

Suarez, who’s not even old enough to have a Facebook account, has been fascinated by computers and technology since before kindergarten. He’s established his own company, CarrotCorp and has made two iOS apps that are currently in the App Store: Earth Fortune, which displays different colors of Earth depending on what your fortune is and his most successful- Bustin Jieber, a Whac-a-Mole for Justin Bieber.

“A lot of kids these days like to play games, but now they want to make them,” he says. “And it’s difficult because not many kids know where to go to find out how to make a program…And not many parents have written apps.” Suarez, inspired by Steve Jobs, started an App Club at school where any student can come to learn to design an app. In the future, Suarez wants to create more apps, more games and get into Android programming and development. He plans on continuing his app club and find other ways for students to share knowledge with others.

Knowing that human beings such as Suarez exist makes me really hopeful and excited for the future.
